This website is so much fun!! Two of my patterns, Confetti Cake and Country Charm are avaliable on this website to recreate in a moda fabric line of your choice.
In the next couple of weeks, several of my new patterns will be out. But I couldn't wait to give you a sneak peek at one of my new Charm Square patterns.
It's called Honeybee Blooms. I have a wonderful method of appliqué to share with you that helps to make this super fast and easy. In fact, my 11-year-old daughter Jenny did most of the appliqué on this quilt!
I love it and I hope you will too!

Hi, my name is Margot I’m the designer and owner of the The Pattern Basket. I work out of our home which my husband Geoff and I built two years ago on what used to be a Christmas Tree Farm in a small town called Dunrobin, Ontario. Just outside of Ottawa, Ontario Canada’s capital.
We have two children William and Jennifer. We also have three playful cats Rascal, Ms Annie and Teddy and a new miniature Australian Shepherd puppy named Logan and a very sweet pony named Holly.
