I'm on Instagram! I'll be posting all my new patterns and designs on Instagram so I'd love to have you join me.
I have new patterns coming in the next couple of weeks that I'm really excited about! The first little one I want to show you is called Butterfly Bows. Super fun and easy pincushion pattern. I have a thing about pincushions ... I love them and I think every sewing room needs a fresh one from time to time. The bows look like butterflies and there is nothing better than a touch of spring in the middle of winter.
I hope you like it! It will be available on my website in hard copy and as a PDF very soon.
Come back and visit! I have lots of wonderful new patterns to share with you.

Would love to win one of these great giveaways. What a nice start to the season.
Congratulations to both of you.
So excited to be the next stop on the "A Flair for Fabric" blog hop! So many talented Henry Glass designers came together to make this book possible and we are all excited about our new Martingale book. Not only is it filled with beautiful fun patterns, but all the proceeds from the sale of this book go to the Red Cross for Hurricane Sandy victims. It's the season for giving and this book is doing just that. I'm so happy to be part of it!!
Martingale and Henry Glass asked me how I go about selecting fabric for my quilts. Well ... I love love love collections!! If you visit my website or have a look around my blog you can see that most of my quilt patterns are designed with collections. If a fabric line catches my attention, I know I want to work with it.
I also love scrappy quilts where almost anything goes. I usually fall in love with a border fabric and start collecting lots of fat quarters for the center of the quilt, picking fabric that has the same feel and similar tones. If you are a beginner quilter I think it's important to have fun and not be intimated by the process of fabric selection. If you love it add it to your scrap quilt, it's all about being creative and having fun!
To help you get started on your next quilt we are giving away an ebook of "A Flair For Fabric" as well as a bundle of Debbie Taylor-Kerman for Henry Glass “Cock-a-Doodle-Doo” line. Leave me a comment below and we will be drawing a name December 8th.
It wouldn't be a giveaway on my blog without adding a bundle of my own fabric!
Leave me a comment below and your name will also go into a draw for a fat quarter bundle from "Flower Girl".
I'll make that draw on December 8th.
There are five days left on the blog hop with five great blogs to visit with lots of giveaways, so check the list below and have fun!

I just finished a little table topper with Flower Girl.
The pattern is called "Just Peachy" and it can be found on my website. Just Peachy finishes 45" square with 36 blocks but I made this 30" square table topper smaller with 16 blocks. Small and sweet!
